Startup on Linux

Design kit 4.2.1

To run Cadence on Linux with the STM 65nm process, copy the following files to your local Cadence 65nm catalog:

/hom/mes/src/cadence/lnxstm65nm_4.2.1/.cdsinit
/hom/mes/src/cadence/lnxstm65nm_4.2.1/.cshrc_cmos065
/hom/mes/src/cadence/lnxstm65nm_4.2.1/.simrc
/hom/mes/src/cadence/lnxstm65nm_4.2.1/.ucdprod
/hom/mes/src/cadence/lnxstm65nm_4.2.1/stm65nm_4.2.1.csh

If the file cds.lib does not already exist in you Cadence 65nm catalog, you also have to copy the following file:

/hom/mes/src/cadence/lnxstm65nm_4.2.1/cds.lib

Then you can run Cadence from you locale 65nm catalog with the startup script:

$ stm65nm_4.2.1.csh
